Day five. Opening the chest.
We do the Japanese bow for 1 minute;
Grounding — 2 minutes;
Spinal cord breathing — 2 minutes, and we add a new exercise: opening the chest — 2 minutes.
This movement is the opposite of the way we usually sit at the computer or at work. It will help us prevent back pain and fix our posture. No more slouching and hunching. Do this exercise in the morning and in the evening, or twice a day, taking breaks from work.
How to do it?

- Sit on the edge of a chair. Your arms are behind you. Your elbows are pulled back.
- Keep your head straight, do not tense your neck. Look straight ahead.
- Then start lifting your chest towards the ceiling, so that your whole torso arches. Your hands press into the chair and reach towards the floor.
- Hold this position for 3 calm breaths in and out, then relax and repeat the exercise.
Take care of yourself and stay well!
