Day four. Adding “spinal cord breathing”
During the day, do the exercises for improving your posture in the following order:
- The Japanese bow — 1 minute;
- Grounding — 2 minutes
- Spinal cord breathing — 3 minutes.
This will help you increase the awareness of movement in your spine and in your whole body, and that is the main thing in building a perfect stance and a beautiful posture.

How to do it?
Stand up straight, bend your arms at the elbows, your hands clenched into fists (not too tight!))
Take a deep breath in — look up, open your arms out and open your chest.
As you breathe out — round your back, bring your arms together, your pelvis moves forward.
Your knees stay slightly bent throughout the exercise.
This is what is called spinal cord breathing.
It will help your nervous system move from an overloaded state into a relaxed one.
Breathe in — look up. Feel the energy rise! Open your lungs and your heart! As you breathe out — round your back.
Calm and energy flow through your nervous system.
As you breathe in, your chest opens. As you breathe out — push your pelvis forward, your back rounded.
Feel the movement in your joints and in your spine. Breathe the fullness of life and the lengthening into your spine.
As you breathe out, squeeze everything unnecessary and stale out of your body and out of your life.
See you at the next sessions on fixing your posture, finding your balance and releasing the muscular armour!
