PUBLIC OFFER
The online club "Freud's Legacy", located at the domain name Freud.Online,
a private community at Grabmayrgasse 2, 1210 Vienna, Austria,
represented by its organiser Dimitri Korenev,
hereinafter referred to as the "Organiser", publishes this Public Offer for the sale of Club Membership by distance selling.
- DEFINITION OF TERMS
1.1. Public offer (hereinafter the "Offer") - a public proposal by the Organiser, addressed to an indefinite group of persons, to conclude with the Organiser a distance contract for the purchase and sale of membership (hereinafter the "Agreement") on the terms set out in this Offer.
1.2. An Order for Membership on the website of the Internet portal - the items specified by the Organiser from the range of Membership offered for sale, when submitting an application to purchase Membership on the website of the Internet portal or through Intermediaries.
- GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1. The placing by the Buyer of an Order for the Membership listed on the website of the Internet portal means that the Buyer agrees to all the terms of this Offer.
2.2. The administration of the Internet portal website has the right to make changes to the Offer without notifying the Buyer.
2.3. The Offer is valid for an unlimited period, unless otherwise stated on the website of the online shop.
2.4. The Organiser provides the Buyer with complete and accurate information about the Membership, including information about the principal consumer properties of Club Membership and about the venue of the events, in the various sections of the page.
- PRICE OF MEMBERSHIP
3.1. The price of each membership item is stated on the website of the Internet portal.
3.2. The Organiser has the right to change the price of any Membership item unilaterally.
3.3. If the price of the ordered Membership changes, the Organiser undertakes to inform the Buyer of the change in the Membership price within 5 days.
3.4. The Buyer has the right to confirm or to cancel the Order for the purchase of Membership if the price has been changed by the Seller after the Order was placed.
3.5. The Organiser may not change the price of Membership that has already been paid for by the Buyer.
3.6. The Seller states the incidental costs of the Membership on the website of the Internet portal or informs the Buyer when the order is placed through an Intermediary.
3.7. The Buyer's obligations to pay for the Membership are deemed to be fulfilled from the moment the funds are received by the Organiser.
3.8. Settlements between the Organiser and the Buyer for the Membership are made by the methods specified on the website of the Internet portal
- PLACING AN ORDER
4.1. The Buyer orders Membership through the Operator, via the "My Wallet" service of the Freud.Online online shop website.
4.2. When registering on the website of the Internet portal, the Buyer undertakes to provide the following registration information:
4.2.1. surname and first name of the Buyer or of the person named by the Buyer (the recipient);
4.2.2. e-mail address;
4.2.3. contact telephone number;
4.2.3. Skype id.
4.3. The name, quantity, range, item number and price of the Membership selected by the Buyer are stated in the Buyer's "My Wallet" section on the website of the Internet portal.
4.4. If the Seller requires additional information, the Seller has the right to request it from the Organiser. If the Organiser fails to provide the required information, the Seller bears no responsibility for the Membership selected by the Buyer.
4.5. When placing an Order through an Intermediary (clause 4.1. of this Offer), the Buyer undertakes to provide the information specified in clause 4.2. of this Offer.
4.6. The Buyer accepts the terms of this Offer by entering the relevant data in the registration form on the website of the Internet portal or when placing an Order through an Intermediary. Once the Order has been placed through an Intermediary, the Buyer's data is recorded in the Organiser's database. Having confirmed the Order for the selected Membership, the Buyer provides the Intermediary with the required information in accordance with the procedure set out in clause 4.2. of this Offer.
4.7. The Organiser bears no responsibility for the content and accuracy of the information provided by the Buyer when arranging Membership.
4.8. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when arranging Membership.
4.9. The distance purchase and sale Agreement between the Organiser and the Buyer is deemed to be concluded from the moment the Organiser provides the Buyer with the membership information in the "My Wallet" section or with another document confirming payment for the Membership.
- DELIVERY AND TRANSFER OF THE GOODS TO THE BUYER
5.1. The Organiser provides the Buyer with services granting access to the club events in one of the ways specified on the website of the Internet portal.
5.4. The period for activating the Buyer's Membership consists of the order processing time and the activation time.
5.7. Information about the Membership is made available to the Buyer in the "My Wallet" section.
