Dimitri Korenev
Supervisor licensed in Austria
Every practitioner started out with a first client, and as your supervisor holding the Austrian qualification of Lebens- und Sozialberater (life and social counsellor), I am glad to share that turning point and that moment of excitement with you. Together we will create a space where you can build your skills with confidence and get a real feel for work that changes people's lives for the better.
What you get from a session

Practice
From the very first minute you will start turning theory into practice and learn to counsel in a safe, supportive setting. Find out what working with a client is really like and build up the practice hours you need — all under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Feedback
Develop your skills as a counsellor in our supervision sessions: you get not only a thorough analysis of the way you work, but also a clear idea of what to improve to become more effective

Therapy
Personal therapy is the key to every practitioner's own growth. Give your own questions some time in a safe, supportive setting while developing as a professional.
Questions and answers
How does a session work?
An online session lasts 1.5 hours. In that time we run three half-hour rounds in threes.
In a three, each participant takes one of the roles:
- Client: brings a question to work on
- Counsellor: counsels the client
- Observer: in the supervisor's role, keeps an eye on the time and the process and gives feedback to the Counsellor
At the end of the round the leading supervisor gives feedback to the Counsellor and the Observer on the counselling process and, if need be, ‘closes’ the client's question. Then the participants swap roles.
What if there are more than 3 participants?
More than 3 people can take part in a meeting. Not everyone has to take the role of Client, Counsellor or Observer — you can also learn by watching the process.
When a lot of people want to join, up to 9 participants can be actively ‘at work’ in one online meeting.
What kind of question should I bring?
You can use the supervision meetings for personal therapy. How this differs from an individual session:
- the other participants watch the process
- you are counselled by someone at the start of their practice
If the participant counselling you cannot manage, the Supervisor will finish the piece of work.
You can bring any question at all, from problems at work or in your private life to simply thinking out loud about what is troubling you.
