By gradually uncovering the psychological causes of our illnesses and complaints, we come closer to health in small steps. The main thing is to give your body at least 15 minutes of attention every day, caring not only for how it looks but also for how it is on the inside. A human being is a single system of three main strands: body, mind and soul.
The psychosomatics of lordosis
Lordosis is a curve of the spine that bulges forward. I find it hard to stand up straight, because I am ashamed of who I am and I do not love myself.
I often feel that I have “bent” before my father or before whoever suppresses me, I have very little confidence in myself, and I am not afraid to express my ideas and opinions.
I want to be free.
I arch my back because I feel too weak and unable to make decisions.
Nothing moves as fast as I would like it to. I get results too slowly. That is why I tend to devalue myself.
I feel a gap between my proactive actions (differentiated planning well in advance and targeted steps to build a stable and controllable situation), which I trust, and the advice and opinions of others.
I protect myself by clinging to old ideas. That is why I do not dare to change the established order of things, so as not to disturb it.
Inside I am “boiling over”, and this anger “eats” me up from within. I refuse help from others, and because of that it is fairly hard for me to reach my goals and failures keep dogging me.
I must learn to love myself! (this can be done through the Inner Child — read about it in the article)
An affirmation for self-treatment
I have my own place in this world, because everyone has their own role in the universe.
I express my ideas and opinions freely and I feel good and confident.
Everything in my life happens at the right moment.
I stand up straight with courage and I trust myself.
I feel safe, I trust my inner voice, which tells me what the right thing to do is.
