Hatred becomes you.

Hatred becomes you.

While working on this article I went through a pile of material, hoping to find the cause of the «illness» and its cure. But noooooo — everything circles around the point, all of it watery and sheer hypocrisy.

In this article we will briefly go over what has already been written and rewritten many times over, and whoever does not fall asleep along the way will get, at the end, the true cause of hatred and a simple solution for getting rid of it.

Those who believe that it is one step from love to hate and that this is how the world is made — walk on by, I have no wish to break your psyche.

Everyone knows that hatred is a deeply destructive feeling. Plenty of clever minds have even invented kinds of hatred, systematised it and, naturally, found a multitude of causes for it — from an unhappy childhood to the influence of demons.

You can hate absolutely anything: yourself, people, animals, objects, art, books, politics, work, your country, technology and even this article))))))………….. There is no limit to perfection!

On these grounds people can be divided into two camps:

  1. Those who suppress and fight the feeling of hatred.
  2. Those who enjoy its presence in their life.

The first type includes those who understand that hatred is something bad, that it drains a great deal of the person's own energy, kills and crushes them. So such people fight this foul feeling, that is, they direct the fight inwards, forgetting that fighting also takes a lot of energy; and if it does not work out, they are tormented by guilt, which takes energy too. They try with all their might to sow peace and love everywhere!

In the end the person is drained and has no strength left for a normal, happy life; all that remains is to exist in a constant struggle, and with themselves at that.

The second type includes people who understand that hatred is a powerful feeling and can be turned to their own advantage. Such people fight not hatred but something outside, that is, they direct the fight outwards. They are motivators, agitators, leaders, organisers of groups for a righteous cause! Whichever way you look at it, this is fighting again, and it eats up energy like hot cakes.

The outcome will be the same as in the first group.

Either way, hatred becomes you.

Well then? I hope everyone has got it: hatred is yuuuuuck. No? Then let me add a couple more ideas I found on the internet.

Hatred is:

  • a mixture of disgust and fear,
  • discontent and aggression,
  • …one of the basic human emotions,
  • its task is to protect a person from a harmful object,
  • an inner persecutor born of low self-esteem,
  • the fiercest form of envy...

Oh dear, this is turning into a bit of an …rse, but let's get down to business.

Hatred is a defensive reaction of the psyche to a feeling of helplessness!

Who is prone to a feeling of helplessness?

That's right: everyone who feels hatred is simply a small, weak, helpless CHILD, even if their passport says they turned 50 long ago — their psychological age may match that of a five-year-old.

So, to overcome the feeling of hatred — or better still, so that it never arises again at all — you simply have to GROW UP!

And here again you need serious WORK on yourself, again you need time, money and the right guide on that path; again you have not found the «magic pill» or the «5 easy steps» — what a disappointment))))

The closer a person comes to being a HEALTHY, aware PERSONALITY, the less hatred and the like they feel. A developed personality sheds neuroses and traumas and thereby frees up energy, which it directs into growth, creation and love.

Such people appraise reality calmly, in a grown-up way, and interact with it without producing negative emotions and feelings — and they are NOT DECEIVING THEMSELVES by showing it only on the outside; they genuinely feel no hatred, not even towards inconvenient, unpleasant, obstructive things. And how to move away from them — note, not get rid of them, but precisely move away, step back to a distance that is safe for oneself — such people know that too.

Draw your own conclusions, ladies and gentlemen!
