Good day to everyone, and good spirits! Today is day 9 of our conscious practice for restoring natural balance and gaining beautiful posture. I hope the daily practice has become a habit for you by now.
From today on, the set looks like this:
- Spinal cord breathing (SCB) - 2 minutes
- Freeing the neck - 1 minute
- Grounding - 2 minutes
- Picking cherries (new exercise) - 2 minutes
- The high plank (start with 1-2 cycles and build up to 5 repetitions)
- We finish with the Japanese bow - 2 minutes
Do not forget to keep an eye on your posture, and add 3 rounds of opening the chest during the day (from day 11 on, as was suggested in the previous article). We do the exercises at least once a day, though twice is better)
A reminder that the live meeting to sum up two weeks of practice takes place this coming Tuesday. JOIN US

Picking cherries. How is it done?
- Raise your arms above your head. Palms up, fingers pointing towards your head. Do not straighten the elbows completely.
- Feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent.
- Reach upwards with each arm in turn, stretching the back and the side of the ribs.
- Do 7 to 10 times with each arm. Breathe deeply and evenly. On the out-breath you stretch, on the in-breath you let the arm relax.
See you at the next sessions. Take care of yourself and stay well!
