Exercises based on the "Grounding" technique are designed to release the muscular armour in the pelvic area. They relieve stiffness, discomfort and pain in the legs, lower back and abdomen.

The improvement comes from stabilising the lumbar spine and clearing congestion in the pelvis and legs; from restoring the blood supply and boosting intestinal motility.

Used as part of a comprehensive health and prevention programme for:

•osteochondrosis of the spine,

•intervertebral disc protrusions,

•varicose veins,

•haemorrhoids, constipation and intestinal atony,

•erectile dysfunction, prostatitis

•uterine prolapse.

On the psychological level, it helps to work through issues linked to the basic needs; to fear and anxiety, in work with addictions; to ancestral (family) issues and so on.
