Where will it take place?
The thermal resort of Rajecké Teplice, Slovakia
In Rajecké Teplice you will be met by the refined interiors of the hotel and balneology complex “Aphrodite”. The lavish decor in the classical style makes you feel you have sunk deep into a world of harmony, calm and paradise delights…
The resort’s main therapeutic asset is its healing bicarbonate-calcium-magnesium water. It is a treasure trove of magnesium for the body! Baths with magnesium are especially good — through the tissues it reaches the body faster. You will be amazed how velvety and silky your skin will feel!
The water in the thermal baths is treated with ozone, so there is no need to worry about a chlorine allergy.

Facilities: The “Aphrodite” spa house has a thermal centre, “Water World”, and a “Sauna World”.
“Sauna World” offers five kinds of baths and saunas:

Day 1, Thursday
- Arrival, check-in.
- Free time in the spa, or treatments (payable separately)
- 18:00 — dinner
The main natural remedies at the resort are the bicarbonate-calcium-magnesium springs and the peat mud.
Enjoy the natural thermal waters at 38 °C, which have a strong healing effect thanks to the calcium and magnesium hydrogen carbonate salts.
For external use of the thermal water, the balneology centre has two pools with a therapeutic, relaxing, regenerating and sedative effect.
Do try the local mineral water! It is used both for drinking courses and externally. The drinking water of the Rajecké Teplice resort has long been popular in Slovakia. It is bottled and sold throughout the country (the “Rajec” mineral water).
Sink into the healing peat muds...
The “Aphrodite” complex has its own patented mineral water, which you can buy right there. Tasty, with a perfect balance of calcium and magnesium! This water is called an “elixir of youth”, because when you drink it, it immediately creates an alkaline environment in the body, helps to lower the body’s acidity and slows the ageing of the tissues.
Once, on the way home, I drank a litre and a half of this water and noticed that it even reduces the feeling of hunger. In Ukraine magnesium water is expensive, and here it is within everyone’s reach!
Day 2, Friday
- 8:00-10:00 — breakfast;
- 10:00-12:00 — a talk on eating well and on lifestyle from a nutritionist. Taking breakfast, lunch and dinner as examples, you will learn what should be on your own plate, and you will also hear the secrets of keeping your youth longer. We shall talk about the foods that make us happy and beautiful.
- from 13:00 free time;
- If you wish, you can go on an excursion to the sights of Slovakia (payable separately) or have spa treatments in the complex (payable separately).
- 18:00 — dinner;
- 19:00 — a lovely evening over a cup of tea and warm heart-to-heart talks (if you wish).
Day 3, Saturday
- 8.00 - 10.00 Breakfast, during which there is a practical session — we put together a proper breakfast from the buffet.

- 19.00 A lovely evening over a cup of tea with warm heart-to-heart talks, for those who wish.

The restaurant is quite large and cosy, with a calm, unhurried atmosphere; the decor itself puts you in that mood — you want to eat slowly and calmly.
Day 4, Sunday
8:00 - 10:00 Breakfast
Departure day.
The room must be vacated by 12 o’clock, but you can leave your things in storage and use all the hotel’s facilities until the evening.

- paraffin and peat compresses;

Terms and price of the tour
Price: €450 per person.
The price includes:
-accommodation in a twin room (2 people per room), breakfast, dinner, unlimited access to the resort pools, the “Natural Spa” and the “Sauna World”.
Not included in the price:
-lunches, transfer, treatments, excursions.
If we gather a group of up to 15 people, there will be a transfer from Vienna to Rajecké Teplice. The journey back we shall discuss on the spot, since some will want to stay another week and others only until the evening.
Payment 100% by 25 July. If you cancel the trip yourself, the money is not refunded.
