How do you spot Frustration types from the outside? Say you are at a party, in a crowd of people. Take a look, listen in, watch. Appearance, speech and behaviour will tell you plenty about a person’s inner world
Appearance
Frustration women are often a little on the plump side, as if slightly swollen and worn out. The men tend to put on weight too — a roll around the waist, filling out at the front. The backside almost never fills out; it can be practically absent.
Their single most telling feature is scruffiness. Whatever they put on, it either hangs loose or sits imperfectly. Even on formal occasions they turn up in jeans and a T-shirt.
Their walk is “Winnie-the-Pooh”-like: rolling from side to side, unhurried.
Speech markers
How do you spot Frustration types by their speech? Like every other personality type, they are easy to catch by their phrases, their convictions and the way they talk. For example:
- “Leave me out of your important business — I’m busy creating!”
- “I never said that, you misunderstood me.” “I never said it, I never did it, it wasn’t me, you misunderstood me.”
- “Look at yourself, you’re no better, and as for you…”
- “I need to think it over — call me back in a week, or better still, never!”
- “That was not a commitment I took on voluntarily”, “I did it under pressure”, “I meant something else entirely”.
