What can the Freud's Legacy psychology club do for you? We work as a team – specialists in counselling and in medicine, representing different schools and different personality types – offering people comprehensive, affordable and effective psychosocial counselling. And it matters that we hold an Austrian trade licence for life and social counselling, which is already a mark of quality. This article gathers a few reviews from our residents: how the psychology club helped them in their lives. Perhaps there is something here for you too.

I want to tell you my story of change. Did I want to change while I was daddy's girl and lived with my parents until I was 26? No! The movement came after a serious conflict. At moments like that the natural survival instincts come up: fight or flight. At that point I fled. In what I stood up in, without a penny. And at last I began to fight for myself. As a result the storms in my soul settled, or so it seemed. But conflicts between the psyche and the mind are without doubt unloaded into the body. And I only understood that once I had a family of my own.
Grown-ups are often given their lessons through their children. Why? Because it is clearer that way! When I run a temperature, I go to work. When my daughter runs a temperature, I treat her, call the doctor and act. And then suddenly the problems came to a head: my child had allergic rhinitis with suspected asthma, I had a tumour (and note: for the second time, and the same problem), my account was blocked because of old troubles. And I decided: it is time for me to find support. I am sure that it was no accident at all that I ended up in the Freud's Legacy club.
I am grateful to Mikhail Grishchenko and to Natallia Nechai. Mikhail explained to me that at a certain moment I neither hit out nor ran, but froze....A great deal came up there that I did not understand. And two days later something unexpected happened: my daughter went into anaphylactic shock (the child suddenly loses consciousness, her eyes roll back, there is a high risk that she will fall into a coma). My daughter was brought round. And she brought me back to life with her!
I realised that I have to work on myself, that my daughter mirrors me. Then came a session with Natallia. My deepest thanks! Natallia explained to me what the cause was and, with the help of a technique, helped me understand myself better and more deeply. I had an operation. Five months have passed. I am well now. And my daughter's chronic diagnosis has been removed entirely. She has not been ill once since then, not even with an ordinary acute respiratory viral infection. There was a reason I wrote my confessions here!
I want people to stop treating psychosomatics as an invention
And to understand that everything depends on themselves. I am carrying on working on myself . And at last I have grown up!

I want to write down my impression of taking part in the group. I came with a query that troubled me a great deal. And within a month, thanks to the professionals of the “Freud's Legacy” group, I found the answer to my question.
Some sides of yourself are hard to accept, but it is worth it.
I am very grateful to Mikhail, who explained to me that you must never, ever devalue your own body. I am very grateful to Natallia for her openness, her sincerity, her positive spirit. After the conversation with Natallia there were a great many realisations. Thank you to Yevgenia for calming the anxious mother in me)))) And Yelena explained the psycho-types according to Beg in detail. That helped me understand myself even better. And a special thank you to Dimitri, who came to the rescue in any confusing situation. I may not have mentioned everyone.
But the whole team is very professional and works closely together.
Thank you for helping people find the way to themselves!

Thank you, Mikhail Borisovich, for the work you have done on me. For many years I suffered with pain in my back and neck, scoliosis since childhood, a stoop. I went to various specialists, to a rheumatologist, to an osteopath, and to other manual therapists — with no result whatsoever.
Six months ago I came to Mikhail Grishchenko and we began the path of correction and recovery. My case was far gone, but Mikhail is the best specialist I know: he restored my spine, my posture and my mood, and freed me from the pain. I recommend him to acquaintances, to friends and to everyone who wants to take their well-being, their health and their mood to a completely new, high level.
Why did I bring up the matter of "mood" — well, it is all quite simple. When you are stooped and crooked, your body produces stress hormones. In the end your mood is permanently low and negative, the meaning of life is lost (I have been through it myself). And the other way round: when your back and your posture are straight, the body sends the brain completely different signals, releases dopamine into the blood and our mood only gets better and better, the dejection goes away. It is wonderful when nothing hurts and your mood is high.
Take care of yourselves, people!
Mikhail Grishchenko — a manual therapist at Level 80.

Natallia, good afternoon! Exactly a month has passed since my individual session. And I want to give you some feedback.
First of all, I have recognised and understood the cause. And I have understood that I exist! Subconsciously I had the feeling that my parents did not want me, that I came into this world by accident! No, no and no again! Not by accident! I exist, I am wanted, everything is for the good.
Secondly, I have understood that I no longer need to prove anything. To anyone, about anything. My people are always with me. And I will no longer beg for love from those who are not able to give it to me.
I have people close to me. I have myself.
An inner footing has appeared.
I have stopped smothering the people I love with excessive care. I used often to choke them with my love. It mattered to me to be needed. And I am needed and I matter even without hyper-control.

Thank you all so much! To all the specialists of the "Freud's Legacy" club. I can say for certain — the meetings do have an effect!!! Everyone has their own-)))). Every specialist leaves their own "trace" in your soul-) I am not happy yet, but content — definitely)))
The meetings do have an effect!

Dima, thank you so much for the "Profiling" course and for this precious knowledge. Once I found out my personality type, life became so clear and simple. I accepted myself even more, I learned about my particular features, about my weak and my strong sides. The course was very interesting and very useful for me. I also met some very interesting people, for which I am also very grateful. It was the right decision. Thank you!

I want to thank Dimitri Korenev once again for the wonderfully run profiling course that has just finished. And to tell you about the practical use of the profiling skills I picked up.
The setting: a compulsory visit to the doctor with the baby, which the insurance is supposed to cover. But the insurer loses the papers twice, the newborn ends up uninsured, and we have to pay ourselves at the private rate. We send the papers in for reimbursement and get only half of it back. The insurer suggests recovering the rest from the doctor — maybe it will work.
The solution:
I write a letter setting out the facts and my request to the insurer's ombudsman. In parallel I go and talk to the doctor.
From a year and a half of dealing with her, I know that the doctor belongs to the frustrating type with an active life position — Fru-active for short. So in the conversation I lean less on facts and more on justice. By her personality type that matters more to her. It works: the doctor explodes and swears she will show them what for, because these wretched penny-pinchers have driven her mad.
The ombudsman responds superbly to facts and details and promises to pass it on to those who are responsible for it all (which, along with other things, I read as a marker of the compulsive type)
Then the Ombudsman rings the Doctor and they have a spectacular conversation. Everything the Ombudsman, as a compulsive, does properly, with feeling, with sense and in due order, the Doctor does at lightning speed, at a rush and just so as not to get stuck. By the S-Theory they are each other's Shadows, and with 99% probability they irritate each other from the very first words. So the Doctor has no idea at all what the Ombudsman is asking for, and batters him with a torrent of words and a shock wave (here I overdid the "justice"), while the Ombudsman has no idea at all what the doctor is telling him, since by definition he is not built for such speeds.
Interim result:
Last Friday the ombudsman rings me and apologises wildly that it is nothing to do with him (marker), that his instructions do not allow it (marker) and that he cannot pay out, because the doctor said that I had asked from the start to pay without insurance (that very failure of the two of them to hear each other), and then he spent ten minutes rationalising (marker) why I should not be so upset about it.
At that stage his compulsiveness was beyond doubt, so, just as we had talked it through last Wednesday in the final session of the module, I switched into the manic dynamic (because that is not merely something he will understand, it is something he will happily go along with): in simple sentences, alternating with the cheerful question "logical, isn't it?" (also a marker-lever), I explain the situation and offer to extract a letter from the doctor, since it did not come off verbally. The ombudsman could kiss me, because I have just pressed several levers of his personality type at once, and he agrees not to close the case and to wait.
That same Friday I write a letter to the doctor in which, alongside justice and the ombudsman's pedantry, I mention that we had agreed she would back me up. I ask for that written confirmation, but this time I batter her with facts, dates and logic.
I knew that the doctor, being Fru-active, would cut the whole thing short, because it is tiresome and dull for her and she has no time for it anyway. What I did not know was HOW she would cut it short. Given the levers and the triggers I had used, I hoped it would be in my favour.
The result:
I was right about the shortcut, but again I slightly miscalculated. The revolt of a Fru-active person in the name of justice can be a fearsome thing. I do not know what a commotion she stirred up at the insurer's and elsewhere, but today her staff paid me the full sum of 150 euros against a receipt (I had only asked for half), saying that they had settled everything with the insurer themselves and would recover it from them. And half an hour after the payment I got a call from a stammering Ombudsman, who said that what I now have in my account is a little too much, that I should not worry about it at all, because they will put it all right themselves at the next settlement.
