Online course
A course in Transactional Analysis with Natallia Nechai
The course is led by Natallia Nechai.
How does a session work?
1+ hours
Every session takes the form of a 1.5-hour meeting on Skype
Theory and practice
There will be exactly as much theory as it takes to understand the topic. The practice consists of doing the assignments, discussing them at the next meeting and fine-tuning them.
One-to-one attention
We work in a group, but the approach is individual. As we go, you will learn to put what you have gained to use in your everyday life, to make that life better.
What for?
Once you have got to know your three unconscious selves, you will be able to track your own emotional dynamics — and so to be in the Adult ego state whenever you need to be.
